Nov. 30, 2009: Buildup to TLZZZZZ...

Jerishow Promo: Did good in really establishing themselves as a great tag team. Then enter DX and Triple H ruins all of it saying nobody cares about them or anybody that's Tag Team champions.

Divas Match...boo. Glad to see Maryse is back as for some reason I see potential in her. Maybe it's because she's actually believable as a stuck-up frenchie.

Sheamus Vs. Santino - I dunno about this. It established how dominant Sheamus is I guess but it allowed Santino to make a mock of the number one contender. I feel like Sheamus should be having some big matches rather than squashes right now to really make him a threat to Cena. Why not have him go over MVP or a Mark Henry or Evan Bourne? At least they used the Table to remind us it's a Tables Match.

Big Show and Jericho walk backstage and bump into Verne Troyer. I thought this was actually kind of funny. You knew they had to do it...I was just surprised how small Verne really is. I liked how Big Show's 2 fingers swallowed Troyer's arm on those handshakes.

Verne Troyer/Miz/Mark Henry Promo: It was funny, the Miz is always entertaining when he's out there and that's important. People remember him and don't look at him like a loser.

Kofi Vs. Orton: I love how this was done. Kofi's been one-upping Orton week after week and this was Orton's version of payback. Beatdown by Rhodes, beatdown by Dibiaes, and then Orton comes in for the kill. I thinks this feud has been going so well but I think it needs more mic time to really establish itself rather than letting the commentators do all the talking. It's really taken Kofi's career to the next level and so glad we're seeing an uprise of young stars. Sheamus, Kofi, Morrison, Miz, Ziggler (although I hear he's going down now), Drew McIntyre, Yoshi Tatsu. It's great to see these guys grow each week. Can't wait to see Dibiase get his turn either whenever that will come because right now the whole lackeys thing isn't working out for Legacy.

Jillian must be sleeping with a top-level star. Otherwise how does she keep her job?

Cena comes out and wants a fight with Sheamus right now. Out comes...Carlito? Carlito actually cut a decent promo here, it was a surprise. I hope they actually start pushing him again as he has the skills and charisma, he just needs the drive again. Being lost in the shuffle has taken a toll on his career as he hasn't done anything different since he debuted really. Sheamus eventually comes out and...walks away? There better be a damn good promo to explain that because it made him look like a heel coward. It would've been better if they got in there, thrown punches and just brawled until commercial to me to establish that they're both tough. Am I right?

Mark Henry rapping? Lame.

Mark Henry Vs. Miz: it's ok, seemed like a sidenote compared to the rap and girls dancing which btw...

Girls dancing? Lame.

Hornswoggle with subtitles and DX's excuse as to why the WWE writers couldn't think of an entertaining 'little people's court'...very lame. Although, it was interesting seeing that Hornswoggle is twice the size of Verne Troyer. Is he going to die for being so small? It's scary!

HHH vs. Jericho was HHH Vs. Jericho. Nothing exciting.

Last week's Raw was much better, probably because it featured more good wrestling than this one. It still feels like they have a lot of ground to cover on building up some matches to TLC in 2 weeks.

On a side note: You could definitely tell tonight that it was a young, new WWE audience. They were very into it, very loud in a high-pitched tone, and reacting to almost every segment. Looks like their new direction is working for them. Whether or not those die-hards looking for another Attitude Era like it or not doesn't seem to be affecting the company as a whole other than the ratings.

And since they're audience is now kids again...do they even know who Mini Me is? Austin Powers came out THIRTEEN YEARS AGO! Wow...I feel old, time to go!
